I'm a frequent shopper at the Aldi's in Livonia, I have no complaints about the groceries, but some of the staff is quite rude I had an unfortunate experience today with one of the stockers that is truly unbelievable. I work in customer service so I know first hand about dealing with the public is not easy but when you are deliberately rude and nasty for no reason it's unacceptable I think all Aldi's need to talk to their staff about how to approach a customer.
