fresh meats are way over weighted. I picked up two corned beef briskets sale price $5.49. both were labeled over 6 lbs but felt pretty light. so I grabbed a 4lbs bag of sugar and weighed the sugar = 4lbs; corned beef 1 labeled 6.3lbs =4lbs 1oz; corned beef 2 6.0lbs = 3lbs 9oz. so please take your fresh meat purchase over to their scale in produce and weigh it for your self. yes, I brought it to the attention of one of the stockers. he said, nothing he can do about it. and put them back on the self.
It’s a small store, but has a lot of great items. Calbot cheeses are amazing. Their prices are really decent.
