First time I visited this store, the service was terrible. They only had one cashier, and when help arrived, the employee was in a very bad mood and threw all my products in the cart and didn't even apologize when I told her what she was doing. I won't be going back. It wasn't what I expected in terms of service.
I have know. Aldi from the time I lived in Europe since this is an European chain and the values they hold are the same here as they were there. I recall this one time I had a problem with a third party product and Aldi replaced the product, returned the money I had paid and I later got an apology letter from the manufacturer. I love the care they put not only on their products but also on their staff and relationships with customers.
