Horrible customer service not friendly or professional at all
I love Aldi. Especially with current grocery prices, Aldi is my go to. However there is only one Aldi for all of dekalb and sycamore. It is consistently understaffed and always missing a lot of items. They clearly don’t have the staff or the inventory to keep up with two towns so large. There should be another location added nearby.
Poorly maintained, shelves are always torn up and bare, self checkout machines shutdown halfway through loading items half the time, staff clearly doesn't care.
This has to be the largest, cleanest, most organized Aldi I’ve been to yet! It’s nice and new. And they have self check out options.
