Aldi tracked my phone and had order ready for curbside pickup when we pulled into the parking lot. The Aldi shopper did a great job.
The security guard is always friendly and hospitable. Today I went to this location and was overcharged for 2 items that were clearly marked on sale. For $1.39 for mustard potato salad and Coleslaw. I was charged $2.79 each + taxes. I will monitor my purchases more carefully in the future. Now I have to go back nearly 4 miles to get my refund.

I was disappointed in my shopping experience at ALDI in Carrollton yesterday. The produce had not been restocked. The cucumbers that were left were soft and old; the green beans were "brown". Many bins were nearly empty. I spoke to two employees at check-out and they just nodded. I asked for a manager and she just looked at me and said that she had only been there since 3:30 ( maybe an hour). Careful when shopping this store. The cashiers are not vigilant when scanning items and will miscount and over-ring. I purchased 4 frozen orange juices and was charged for 5. I caught this error before leaving and was given a refund. However, when unpacking groceries at home I found I another error, billed for 2 instead of one bottle of organic cherry juice. Another $3.69 out of pocket. I won't shop here again.
I have always loved shopping at Aldis. Today, after I got home and put groceries up, I looked at my receipt and found I had been charged twice for a pizza for which I had just gotten one! I tried calling but no local number. I am 25 minutes (we dont have an Aldis in Simpsonville,SC) away so cannot go back today but will address this issue the next I am in that location. Im not talking about a lot of money but if this happens to many customers every day it would add up! Please check your receipts friends!!
Recently moved to Asheboro and started shopping at the ADLI on Dixie Drive in Asheboro. Remodeled store and really decent place to shop and find some great values in the beginning. Over the last 3 to 4 months the store has become run down and availability of products are hit and miss. Overall store conditions have gone downhill and the store seems to have accepted clutter, dirty floors, poorly stocked shelves and poor presentation of meats and produce and lack of quality control and rotation. I have been in this store several times and have had good service from Candice Poe she is always very pleasant and has been helpful when I couldn't find something and at the register she gets me checked out in a timely manner. Just wanted to let you know that since she has helped me more than once.
