Didn’t have a name tag but cashier with the man bun is super rude never greets, smiles, and he snatched the money I handed him out of my hand.. literally the only words he said to me were the total and did I want my receipt 😐 I love this aldi and have never had any bad experiences until today. Hopefully he can get some more training on how to interact with customers.
I am beyond disappointed with the customer service at this store, specifically from the manager, Lashelle Hyatt. Today, I attempted to purchase an item that was clearly on the shelf, yet it wouldn’t ring up. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager told me she couldn’t sell it to me. Always the best prices around.... Their $4 wine is amazing
Lashelle Hyatt has 0 customer service skills, 0 employee relations skills, and is the worst manager or store associate of any store I’ve ever shopped at in my entire life. To get into a customers face and scream at her for simply attempting to purchase an item that is on the shelf is completely unacceptable. Especially since I know the same exact item from the same exact store was purchased hours prior. So for some reason this manager just targets people she doesn’t want to sell items to.
