I always liked there
Always low on fresh produce, they never restock on time. The main issue with this location is that they are always short on cashiers and they are always yelling at the people in line to keep moving forward as if it’s a race against time to get the line down. They are very disrespectful to the people standing on line waiting to be checked out as if they are a herd of cattle. I just was in the ALDI Lodi NJ store. I put all my groceries on the conveyor belt, at the cashier and the kid that was there says he is closed . Why would he wait until I’m at the checkout?? What has happened to providing great customer service? When I asked him why are you telling me now ? He said “ I said it a minute ago “ . This kid should not be in a customer service facing position. ALDIs has taken a turn for the worse.
The cashiers are always in very low numbers! It takes forever to get billed. It’s better to go to Walmart and get done quickly.
