I purchased a Ferrex 6 gallon wet and dry vacuum cleaner. When I arrived home it was missing several parts, it looked like it was a return. There were no more in the store so I called customer service. At the time of my call I was told to allow the manufacture 7 days from the day of the call to get back to me. Racist and xenophobic store overall… Cashier, Hollie, was extremely out of pocket and racist to my senior mother and grandmother. Was told to “shut the fuck up, get the fuck out of the store, dumb Mexicans,” etc. a plethora of insults with no shame in front of the whole store. This was a response from the Aldi employees when returning items with receipt in hand. I bought chicken there that was oily, black meat and bones covered in wax. Absolutely not for an approved for human consumption. Prices were triple then what they were one month ago. I would leave the area.

Aldi's Forked River is horrible. DONT EVER SHOP THERE. In a world, where customer service is the difference, they offer nothing. While shopping there I wasted 30 minutes looking for a sales rep. They only had one cashier working. Not a single person on the sales floor. When I called, "Cheng" answered the phone. I expressed my product concern, and she said the GM would call me back. He never did. PLEASE don't shop there. They could be different but have GIVEN UP.

their other food is ok but when I went and ordered organic strawberries on 8-11-24 I got 1 lb. of organic strawberries and I paid 3.55 for that pound of strawberries when I got them I put them straight in the fridge and later that evening I went to have some and found out that every single one of them they were soft and spoiled now when I pay that much for organic strawberries I expect them to be fresh and not soft and mussy that is total unacceptable Aldis you should be ashamed of your self for even putting produce out... read more

I made an order for pickup. I received a message the order would be delayed because there wasn’t a shopper available. Finally, the shopper started but within 3 minutes the entire order was cancelled due to items out of stock. No apology and the message from customer service was pathetic. Will never order pickup from them again.

I was at the self checkout at the Aldi's in Venice, FL on S. Tamiami when I scanned and item with the hand held scanner and it rang up again when I put in the box because it was picked up by the built in scanner. I hit the help button and a ringer went off and it was absolutely ignored by the employees that were in close proximity. I stood there for around 10 more minutes hitting the button.
