Love It
First time visiting a Aldi location in the Atlanta area . I’m visiting from out of town and this is the cleanest Aldi I have been too . The workers are very nice my cashier name was Monique and I must say she was amazing very fast and efficient and I witnessed her solving conflict with another customs whom I suppose was shopping for someone else and the customer was very rude snatched her receipt from the cashier was cursing someone on her phone so I assume she was having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone else .... read more
This has been by far the worst shopping experience at Aldi. Monique has the most disturbing and disgusting customer service skills. I know this behavior does not correlate with Aldi Mission Statement. I was shopping as an Instacart Representative and I realized the customer had ordered additional items but I was already at the service checkout lane.
