Clean layout, fantastic prices, and excellent seasonal finds! This ALDI location at Decatur Village is easily one of my favorite places to do my weekly grocery shopping. The store is consistently clean, bright, and very well-organized, making it easy to get in and out quickly. Their produce section is always fresh and reasonably priced, and the organic selection (especially the Simply Nature brand) is top-notch for the value. John Is by far the most wonderful member at this location. He has always been so nice, professional and so helpful. Always a big smile and never hesitate to offer help. We love our store more because of John Great job and thank you for being so awesome. Jalon assisted me today. He was amazing as well.
There was a Mexican lady working on the counter today as a cashier. I went there with a cake and a bouquet. She was busy talking with another cashier and kept talking while taking customers. And there was no other cashier's available. And at once she was taking and talking multiple customers, zero customer service skills. She had no courtesy to ask.If I needed a bag she kept talking while showing her back to me. When I asked her to give a bag, she rudely said, fourteen cents and went back to talking did not charge nothing.I ... read more
