Good deals but customer service is the worst all of them look like they hate their job and always have a mad face especially the older man there , check your receipt since they try to scan everything so fast the double scan and also check the dates on food , ALDI needs to do better and hire people that like to work in customer service , all the cashiers here hate their job ! Horrible !
I’ve shopped at this Aldi several times over the past few weeks, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. I really like Aldi for its prices, convenient location, and product selection, which is why this has been so frustrating. I came here Sunday 6/14/26 at 9:30 AM.The cashier in this location named Emily is so rude and bad customer service . Every time she is the cashier , and really terrible shopping experience. One time she was so rude to my mother .Emily carries her moody to work . Aldi manages please talk to her , regarding her poor work performances.I will not come to this toxic Walnut location .Customers pay for your salaries ,and Aldi should hire professional employees except Emily .
Cashiers are very rude and unprofessional. Their manager needs to train them how to treat customers correctly. I love the quality and price of goods here and this is only reason I come here. Each time Ive tried not to talk to any of the cashiers and hoping one day AI will replace their jobs ASAP (or set up some self-checkout cashiers) Update: La Puente is opening another Aldi.
