I absolutely love ALDI! I made a life decision to never go back to Walmart over two years ago and have never regretted it! Going to ALDI is an absolute breath of fresh air! Their selection is wonderful, their prices are great, and the service is always friendly and efficient! I take a large plastic tote box with handles, shop, checkout - they throw everything in my box. (Would have put ZERO stars if that was an option!!) I’ve been shopping at Aldi for years, but my recent visits to this location have been extremely disappointing due to one employee’s repeated poor customer service. On several occasions, I have witnessed Tiffany speaking to customers in a curt, dismissive tone, ignoring requests for assistance, and openly displaying frustration when asked basic questions about products or store policies. I love Aldi. It's a great store and always has what I need and then some. The staff is great and I haven't had any issues with the freshness of food. Everything has been good so far.
