Used to love Aldi, recently had an experience where a woman who clearly paid for her groceries was chased down in the parking lot by your employee and accused of theft. When she looked at the receipt she didnt even apologize. Is this part of your policy to chase down customers instead of verifying purchases in the system and or calling the police? It was very embarrassing for that woman and very unprofessional behavior from your employee.

I had a great experience at Aldi on St. John church Road. The store was well-stocked, organized, and easy to shop. Everything I needed was available, which made my trip quick and efficient. The self-checkout stations were working perfectly, making checkout fast and hassle-free. I was especially impressed by the wonderful selection of wines and the fresh produce section.
