Came to this Aldi for a pickup order I was told was ready, found out it wasn’t, and then had to escalate to the manager. The manager, Kayla, was disrespectful and unreasonable. If you're familiar with the ALDI chain, this is a pretty standard location. Less crowded than average, generally more well kept up than some locations I've seen, the people working there are friendly. Same stocking issues I've seen where some items disappear on Sunday afternoons, but that's across the board. Of course, same decent quality for low prices that you see at other locations.
