Small shop that has heaps of gear. They were out of stock of one thing I wanted but happy to get it in and save one for me. Has the full Puretec range as well as heaps of pumps and fittings. Prices are reasonable. Friendly, helpful staff.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Aldgate Pump sales & service is an absolute ripoff. They recently charged us $504 for a pump seal—just the part, not even the labor! The same seal is widely available online for around $105-$195, and we had it replaced by another plumber back in March for $330 total, including labor. Price markups are one thing, but this is outright gouging. It’s okay to make a profit, but charging 500% more for a basic part is just theft.
