Alderwood apartments are in a great location with easy access to the downtown area. We moved into one of the newly renovated units which we thought was great until we learned that it was also the unit that would be used for showings. In the 2 years of living there we had 10 surprise inspections. Other than that zero complaints. They are quick to respond. Been over 3 months since I moved out and I still haven’t received my deposit back. The office just ignores my calls. I never received my deposit. I left the apartment in great condition, I never received a letter with what I was being charged for. Management sent me a bill that wasn’t even itemized and only sent it to me, not the other tenant on the lease. Female manager was very friendly with the other male tenant but for some reason only I was billed. Stay away from this place.
Alex went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork. I am very satisfied with the front office.
