Scam Alert - Be very careful when getting any treatment from this place. They will push you services while claiming "this is fully covered under your insurance", But either would not have checked with insurance / made stuff up. And then when insurance declines there claim, they WILL charge you and say "We only check insurance as a courtesy, and we are not responsible even when we say things are covered and push you for procedures". Alderwood dental has changed. I was greeted by a smiling receptionist. The staff was all new and treated me with kindness and very professional. Dr. Haynes took time to get to know me and was very warm and delightful to talk to. I will continue to go to Alderwood Dental and highly recommend it.
Staff all friendly a the dental work was painless. I had an issue an they took me right in. Very happy.
They are really nice and like how fun they are also it’s always good to have fun and they do a good job also a+ to that ty so much
