BEWARE. I feel so bad for patients so I’m leaving a review. I work as temporary staff there and the doctor uses dirty instruments. I watch as she grabbed instruments from dirty side sterilization and brought it to the room with a patient in chair. The male dental assistant that is also her husband is not trained and they have not done any maintenance within that office for almost a year. So I could not imagine the amount of bacteria that office holds. I told management and they did not take action
WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE!! - previous staff member. Dr. Haynes takes dirty instruments out of sterilization and will use it on patients. This happened in front of me twice and she excused it saying “they weren’t used yet”. That’s not how sterilization works and it is a biohazard for you patients. If you wonder why everyone even Dr. Rob has left this dental office, it because the company that owns it treats the employees like garbage. They don’t actually have emergency services ? I’m not sure why they advertise that. They say they take your insurance but the trick is you’re not in network so you end up paying higher fees here. Happened to me and my friend that I referred, two completely different insurances. Waste of my time & money !!
I said to the front desk girl that does it need to payment , as i have insurance .she said for today cleaning and cheeckup cover by insurance .after doing that she said u need tp pay 150 dollars. i was shocked why did not you tell me first. I will never come bavk sorry guys!
The doctor inspired confidence and answered my questions thoroughly and patiently and the rest of the staff was friendly and reassuring.
