Such kind people at this shop. After some extra diagnostics it was ultimately decided that it was more expensive to fix than what my car is worth. The team did not charge me a penny for the diagnostics, as they had just delivered the death sentence for my car. We will continue to use this shop for all our future car services and fixes.
It was awsome
I had my vehicle towed hear after a failed jumpstart. They did a full diagnostic and had me ready to roll by the end of the business day. Alderwood Auto Repair is not the cheapest or the fastest service in the area; what they are is locally owned. I try to put as many of my dollars back into the pockets of people who live in my community instead of the investors in large equity groups. Thanks for being here for me. Go local business!
Takin 2 of my cars in now for inspection and they do a great job. Very organized and helpful list of things needed to be taken care of and in order of urgency.
I am so impressed with this shop and the way they worked me in and treated me so well. They were able to keep my vehicle overnight and do all the jobs needed and kept on the schedule they gave me. If you give them the time they need I think you will be as happy as we are. Our SUV was so much easier to drive after I picked it up and feels like a solid ride again.
