They are not taking advantage of anyone, they provide photos and videos of the issues, and then honestly tell you what things they think you need to have done. I don’t care if I move to Florida I’m still bringing my cars here. Honesty is worth the drive. If I lived in Japan I’d ship my car here just for service.
