Excellent service on warranty repairs and on previous visit, where they performed a variety of services and saved me significant costs over the dealership!
Overall had a good experience dealing with Alderwood Auto Repair. Repairs were completed and the detailed reports were good. My only complaints would be a dirty windshield and the bill details before coming in for payment would have been nice.
Bill was great to work with. This shop is very open and honest with estimates for repairs. Basic needs like oil changes etc are very reasonably priced. AARS walked us through everything they did, with pictures to document their findings. Very thorough and absolutely no upselling! We will be bringing our cars here for repairs and service from now on.
I was very happy with the service I received. I went in for an ac recharge. They told me that they would do a service check on my vehicle. They did find several things that ranged from semi important to really should be repaired quickly, with photos of all issues. At no time did I feel pressured to have them to the repairs.
