Just wrapping up a full townhome renovation in Denver. Tim and his subcontractors did an amazing, quality job. Good eye on how to deal with quirky older home issues, great attention to detail (caught things I missed and I'm a detailed control freak), finished on-time and continues to track and complete a very minor punch list of items post close. Highly recommend. This was our fifth renovation / build (first in Denver) and one of the smoothest!!
