Not happy with their service in that I don't know if anyone is going to show up. Many times they are late, or no show, and no phone calls. Once they are here, their care is okay, But, it is very discouraging, considering how much they charge, not know if I am going to have any help for my wife. There response is we cannot find good help. Well, that wasn't an issue when we agreed for there help.
The Aldersgate at Home Family has become a part of our family over the last 10 months as we moved our parents from Tennessee to Charlotte. Medical provider Hollie won the trust of our parents right from the start. Hollie was especially good at winning Dad over as he was very reluctant to having care in their new home. The Aldersgate at Home team has been such a blessing to our family. The staff is incredibly responsive and the caregivers have treated my parents with the upmost kindness and compassion. We are so very grateful to have such a wonderful group of people to help make some of life's biggest challenges a little easier each day!
I received excellent service from several caregivers for about 6 weeks after I had an injury that required me to havev daily help in bathing, dressing and preparing for bed. I was impressed that all who worked with me (those that I saw almost daily and those who came just once or twice) expressed and clearly demonstrated their happiness to be in a profession devoted to helping others. Aldersgate at Home has been an excellent experience. Our caregiver is beyond amazing. She shows our loved one care, love and patience. She is always upbeat and just a lovely person.
