I was extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Alders Wholsale Florist Inc. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be a top priority, but it’s clear that respect and kindness are not valued here. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a positive and welcoming experience.
Like everywhere they are struggling to keep flowers fresh but they have a good assortment
