I had a Toyota alternator that had failed and was taken in to be rebuilt, and was told it would take a few days. I was fine with it because I had always heard the quality of the work was very good. When I got it back, I should have paid more attention because it looked unusually clean. After about 1 year, the alternator failed, and I decided to go with a new Toyota alternator.
