I had previously reviewed this car wash with 5 stars. Now, despite having raised the cost, they have opted to not have workers prewash the vehicle before entering the auto wash. They still have workers standing by to fold your mirrors, but they no longer take the step to ensure a superior wash. So sad that we have yet another example of paying more for less…
I am a loyal car wash person of your establishment.Today I drove over 30 miles to get to your car wash only to find it closed.No signs explaining why.I drove around Rutland for an hour and returned.Still closed.I am very unhappy with your service and will be looking for an alternative car wash.
