I filled out the online consultation request, I had to fill out a time I wanted a call back so I scheduled for a 4:30pm Friday time slot. Got the email reminder the day before, and at 4:55pm no call at all. I called the office and spoke with a very apologetic women who I feel bad has to make excuses for her bosses. Was told I would get a call back, never did. If this is how they care for potential clients, I would not want them to take my case.
