An overdue review... last summer Jim and Jon created design plans for a new pool shelter. There was considerable pre and post planning with verbal and email comms between myself and primarily Jon. Jon professionally submitted the finalised plans and various Council planning and building forms. He also engaged a private certifier. All reasonable costs were transparent.
