I had a great experience at this pet hospital. The staff were kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. The vet took time to explain everything and made my pet feel safe and comfortable. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very well run. I’m grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend them.
You can tell this clinic truly cares about pets AND the owners! I have gone to some other clinics in the lower mainland as I am picky about the care my pets receive and how they are treated after some bad experiences, but this clinic has proven to be above and beyond every time I go. Service is great and they were especially amazing with my super anxious Lab who is very stranger danger. All the staff are so nice and understanding so it definitely helps make the visits less nerve wracking as a worried dog mom!!
ALL the staff at Aldergrove Animal Hospital are simply AMAZING! We have been clients for over five years with all of our pets and have had nothing but the best care from all the staff! We had the privilege of working with Heather who helped guide us on a weight loss journey for both our young Beagle and our cat, she is very encouraging and knowledgeable and was an intricate part in our pets success in the program! I highly recommend this vet office for anyone's pet nutrition or veterinary needs!
Super happy with this clinic! Everyone was so friendly, and made my dog Sophie and I feel so welcome and at home. Dr. Erica was extremely helpful, and explained everything so well! Sophie definitely got her fair share of treats and attention from all the staff. Absolutely recommend for anyone needing a vet.
