This place is AWFUL. Just took my dog for a walk and she stopped to poop. She was impacted and crying with the effort. I WAS a new customer of Alderbrook and live about 2 blocks away so I took her there, phoned them while standing out front. I told them the problem, and she put me on hold for ages. When she came back she said they were too busy to help her and go somewhere else. Good way to retain customers!!! Stay away from them.
