Worst property manager I’ve ever worked with. My house was destroyed and abandoned under his management. Rushed unqualified renters into my home, never did anything to manage the health of the property, renters trashed it inside and out (10’s of thousands of dollars in damages) and I the property owner had to bring up the concerns that the house was abandoned and rent unpaid to him, he was clueless as to the situation.
