Had Curtis and team come to install the Innova for my townhouse. Customer service was amazing from start to finish, they even gave a presentation to our strata and homeowners to address any questions we had. They also made sure to follow up a few weeks after installation to make sure everything is good. A few of us at our townhouse complex got our AC installed by Alder and they are the only approved vendor for us. I highly recommend Curtis at Alder Plumbing & Heating!

I had a great experience getting this Innova 2.0 A/C installed in my condo. Curtis was great with the original estimate and providing me all the details my strata needed for approval. Will and Casey were very professional and quick with the install and cleaned up after themselves. The only way I could tell they had been here was because my condo is quickly cooling down!
It was a pleasure getting my new Innova 2.0 from Curtis and the team at Alder Helpful, informative, efficient Alder made the process easy. From providing all the info I needed for getting permission from my strata, to offering to do a presentation for my condo neighbours, Curtis was super helpful. The install teams were excellent including On-Time Glass that retro-fitted a custom window insert and the Alder guys who installed the Innova. Both did their jobs quickly and neatly.
