Our overall experience with Alder P&H has been excellent. Curtis assisted us by providing advice and example of wording that have been included in AC-related bylaws in other buildings. This was then used to create a new bylaw that was recently passed by our Strata Council. The INNOVA 2/0 unit we then purchased from Alder was just installed - the technicians were pleasant and efficient - and the unit is operating exactly as advertised. We are pleased with how quiet (particularly the low level) the AC unit is.
I'm so glad I found out about Alder and the Innova a/c unit. It's the only option that would work in my downtown condo. Curtis and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was always prompt and thorough. Casey arrived right as scheduled and finished installing the unit in no time (less than an hour). If I ever need more work done in the future, I'll definitely go back to Alder. I can't recommend them enough!
Curtis and his team are very professional and courteous. They installed an INNOVA cooling unit for my condo and everything was done in a professional timely manner. I would recommend them one hundred percent.

He answered all my questions, scheduled a time with his crew and completed the work efficiently and was open to instructions and double checked locations for the new heat pump All in One Innova units that were installed at our house. I would definitely recommend Alder Plumbing and Heating. Good, knowledgeable, courteous and competent team.
