The apartment is nice and clean but management at this location is one of the worst I have experienced. I should have been more observant to their poor communication before move in. Be aware it only gets worse. The office is often closed during business hours. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. I stop by the office a hour and a half before closing and the only employee couldn’t help me being she was at the food truck picking up her order and then heading out for the day. Lived here for a few years and in the interest of keeping it short I’ll just say KEEP A PERSONAL RECORD OF EVERY MONTHLY BILLING STATEMENT AND PAYMENT SUBMISSION. The bill received from Conservice will often contain errors and Elme has horrible financial acumen. Money came up missing from my account without explanation. I was overcharged on numerous occasions and told to just pay the amount due & that they’d credit the overage back the next month. You can’t enjoy your patio or take a walk without smelling weed. The lease states it’s illegal but they don’t care. You compliant to management, nothing is done. They send an email or letter but they don’t adhere to it. It’s disgusting.
I’m so happy I chose Elme Cumberland!!!! I love my apartment, the property amenities are so nice, Gerald is top notch, and David did an excellent job getting the apartment ready. I’m beyond pleased and excited for this next chapter
