7/23/25 - Is my 2nd time scheduling AND confirming a tour just to arrive at the leasing office and the door is locked. I really don’t understand why an office would confirm an appointment when you know you’re going to have a meeting and if you’re going to have a meeting, please call all the appointments that were scheduled during this time frame and let them know so that they don’t waste their time. This isn’t good customer service at all and not considerate of one’s time.. Love Outen
Update 7/22/2025: I have been a resident for 4 years. In that time the following things have happened: 1. I have had 5 rent increases, yes 5 in 4 years. I have gone to the property manage several times and several managers and nothing has been done. 2. This year the complex implemented residential WiFi. I work from home so I have business strength WiFi. If I could do less than 1 star I would. Please notice how many honest bad reviews there are. I’ve lived here 2 years, and it’s been non stop bull shit the entire time. First you are overcharged almost monthly and have to get your account corrected. Paying for a “gated community” but the gate is always open. Then you have to pay for valet trash which gets picked up 50% of the time and your can will get taken by vendors over and over. Attentiveness and communication is lacked and should of known it would be red flags throughout when I could not reach anyone about my lease and they sent it out 2 day before my move in the price will definitely want to bring you in but do not move here my move in date was June 17 and it’s been hell trying to get this apartment ready for me to move in. it was no here near ready when I did my walk through and they have been very nonchalant about it . My experience at this apartment complex has been consistently disappointing recently. The front office management is severely lacking in professionalism and responsiveness. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office—calls go unanswered, and voicemails are rarely returned. The valet trash service is extremely unreliable.
