Dr. Eckford has been diligent & attentive to the needs of my husband & myself. He has gotten “out in front” of our future “aging” knees and what‘a coming next. He’s our family doctor and we’re very happy with his care & the care of the Alder Clinic staff.
I don’t usually take the time to write poor reviews, but the receptionist who works downstairs in the specialists clinic really struck a nerve. If she’s reading this; keep in mind that your tone of voice as well as your facial expressions tell more than your words do. Maybe reconsider your field of work if THAT is how you speak to people seeking information.
Great clinic, I’ve had success making appointments on the day many times and find everyone very helpful and kind.
