I've lived here off and on for 7 years. The people are as friendly as you would expect in a small town. Joeys a good guy and works with you when your in a jam.
Other than some of the residents parking in front of my parents driveway and blocking it. The workers here that I've met are very nice here.
Everyone is very friendly. People also minded there own and didn't cause any issues with one another
