Honestly couldn't be more impressed with the customer service. Placed an order online and was having trouble with the website loading, Stacy responded right away and instantly took care of my order. She was even kind enough to verify my shipping information when shopify auto corrected the address from my original order. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!
Ordered 2 baskets for Christmas presents for mom & my daughter. Ordered on 6 Dec. Fed Ex label created on 14 Dec. Today is 28 Dec. both baskets still haven’t left vendor! Fed Ex says they never received either baskets. Customer service for this seller is nonexistent! No phone number posted. Can only use emails. Have sent 2 emails so far & no response as yet! Not there and phone number not working
I ordered more than 60 Christmas gift baskets from a "big box store" for clients for my business. When the order came up short, I called the big box store customer service 3 times and got hung up on all 3 times. I needed the baskets by Christmas, and I started to worry I wouldn't get the baskets at all. I decided to reach out to Adler Creek to see if they may have a solution.
