This is not something that the Complex handles, but they were so kind to help me in a time of desperate need. I had a package that was sitting in front my door for more than 6 days. The website list a price and advertises “1 month free with a 12-month lease.” In practice, the “free month” was used to show a lower monthly rate that already matched the price shown, so there was effectively no promo. Not illegal, but in my opinion it is misleading. Common areas also went uncleaned for months. The stairwells had heavy buildup in June during peak allergies. STAY AWAY until management has drastic changes. I moved in on June 2 after stressing up front that I needed a quiet place. Their slogan is "Escape the Noise," and I was told quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. I usually sleep from 11 pm - 7 am and the noise addendum in the lease looked solid, so we signed, expecting good sleep most nights.
