Absolutely unacceptable experience. What was supposed to be a simple tire change turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. My vehicle was damaged while in this mechanic's care during what should have been a routine service. I was initially assured that the damage would be repaired at their expense, but that promise was later withdrawn, and they refused to take responsibility for what happened.
