An embarrassment to the other locations. Parking lot is full of pot holes. Went there to get some 5mm bolts. They said they didn't have them. I eventually fond them. Then another time. I am looking for 5mm nuts. An older lady frustratingly gets up to help me find them in the mess of bolt section. I look in one row and when my back is turned goes back to sitting down. They consistently source the parts I need, even if they’re not in stock, and get them in quickly. The staff are super friendly, making every visit a breeze. Alder Auto is by far the best parts store around, and I highly recommend them for their expertise and top-notch service!
Have an account at another place they didn't have part in stock. Could not tell me when it would be available. Alder had it in one hour at a substantially lower cost . Same brand not lower spec. I will be going to Alder first from now on .
