I like using these guys for some stuff, but Travis definitely has a bit of attitude problem and needs a reminder on how to conduct himself in a professional manner when it comes to dealing with customers. Other then an interaction today, everything has been fine.
Great staff and very knowledgeable. Can find me everything except for dealer only parts. Love the staff at all the locations. But my favorite is aldergrove because I have been using them for 9 years now.
Alder auto has superb service and was able to help me with my vehicle when I was stranded at home with a dead battery by delivering the new battery to my house. Cheers Alder auto you have my respect
Came in during Christmas Eve and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with their service and highly recommend!
