I have stored my 5th wheel at Alder for over 9 years. Great access, many spaces with electric hookups, some long enough for two vehicles. I never had any issues and management always responsive to questions, etc. I highly recommend using Alder Acres for any of your storage needs.

We were happy to have left our precious RV with Alder Acres in storage in their outside secure lot over the winter . From The day I initially called to find out information to the multiple Email communications and securing, leaving and finally picking up our RV , Jennifer in the office was amazing. She was consistent in her communications with me the entire time . The facilities are very nice and clean and cared for . These people are insane. They own multiple parks. When they took ownership of mine first thing they did was change the rent date they made it earlier which screwed up all my billing cycles for the next 6 months. Recently they have cut down all trees it looks like the desert now. They're making an "enclosed dog park" when we aren't even allowed to have dogs per their rental agreement. Well maintained RV park with 3 dog parks, showers and laundry room. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying there while searching hing for our house. Would recommend to anyone looking for monthly or li g term.
