These guys are top for a reason. Amazing work at a reasonable price and excellent customer service. Had a misunderstanding about my job and the price quoted. I was quoted for transmission service, transfer case oil change and both diffs oil changes. I left car with them at 9:30am. Richard rang me at 12:00pm and said that they have done the transmission service but could not do the transfer case and diffs oil changes as I had been under quoted. Even though the lads are a pain to get hold of I couldn’t fault em any more. Genuinely had good knowledge and turned my car around in a couple days.
Avoid this place! Don’t make the same mistake I did. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews and not been misled by the positive ones. I took my car to this garage. They’ll give you a quote and lure you in by mentioning a 12-month warranty...but your car will break down again. When you take it back thinking it’s covered by the warranty, they’ll claim it’s a different, unrelated issue... when it’s clearly not! The warranties here are meaningless, so be warned. I can't begin to explain how good my experience was with the lads here. They took my van in as soon as they could, dealt with it and got it back a day earlier than expected. Did an extra job as well ... didn't charge me a penny. Honoured the warranty, even though it might have been out of warranty. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first phone call I felt comfortable with them. 100% top blokes, top service ... 👌
