Gary Milam is the worst property manager I have ever known. He is beligerent and disrepctful to the homeowners. He does not return phone calls. He does not provide homeowners with financial information. He only fixes up the places where the Board of Directors live. The place was so run down we could not even get insurance. I recently acquired my Condo. I have paid all my fees. Have constantly called to be given info on when my HOA fees are due. Have not been contacted or given any information as a new owner. This past week my Condo flooded and as we tried to clean it and remove water damaged carpet etc. I called Gary Milam and he was rude, refused to listen or assist in any way and would not answer any of my concerns. Gary Milam is a crook. HOA fee is a joke ....ongoing maintenance my a**... I bought my property in 2012 and have had nothing but problems when dealing with Gary Milam he is lazy, disrespectful, and dishonest.
