I am really happy with my experience at Dr. Zeno’s office. The front staff were friendly & helpful. Roxana (sp?) who did my intake was so kind & very thorough. Dr. Zeno exuded professionalism and I know I’m in good hands at this practice.
Please read the reviews because my exact situation is NOT unique and seems to be a pattern with this physician. I had an appointment scheduled at 11:40AM on 05/14. They notified me at 10:52AM on 05/14 that my appointment was canceled. I waited over a month and a half for my appointment and confirmed it a few days prior. Cancelling less than an hour before an appointment is absurd! I would understand if it were an emergency, but given the experience of others in combination with my own it appears this behavior is habitual. If... read more
