ALDEN POOLS We recently bought a new house with an inground pool. Alden pool's staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable! We had so many questions re: maintenance , etc. and they had the right answers every time!
Not knowledgeable at all on our cartridge filter & ended up selling us a chemical that ruined the cartridge, luckily we had a spare. This place has gone down hill since Mr Airey passed away that's for sure. During covid we waited in line in our truck for a very long time & 3 people were working the counter & left the phone ring like 30 times but wouldn't answer it. They were literally just standing at the counter while 1 was on her cell phone. Very disappointed!!
