I originally wrote a 1 star review, however the problems we experienced were dealt with accordingly from the maintenance department and front desk. It is a very nice community with all major amenities, one of the best bang for your buck places to live in Durham or the surrounding areas.
Have lived here for almost 2 years. The Only good thing about this complex is the maintenance department And Sandy in the leasing department. They make you pay for garbage service that doesn’t actually pick up your garbage and then we’ll charge you for having garbage Inside your bin and then lie for the reasoning. Super lazy management, Mostly for college kids only staying for 3 to 6 months if you are a young family, I do not recommend staying here.
