I don’t know. There are roaches a plenty and the previous review on here where they deny that is so messy of them. I’m not sure they even cleaned my apartment when I showed up to move in but I had no other options. They have not been helpful or willing to help in some situations. They are timely when you need things fixed but they don’t communicate well. Mary was very kind and knowledgeable about the community.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Alden Place was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. Three months after moving out, I suddenly received a notice from debt collectors claiming I owed money — even though I never got a single email or notice from Alden Place about any balance. After spending 30 minutes on the phone, I learned it was for my last month’s bills. I was in search of a one bedroom apt and the staff showed me a two bedroom. If there wasnt an available one to be toured that should have been stated when I spoke to staff the morning of prior to me making the commute. I also felt like the tour itself was a bit rushed. The person mentioned a virtual tour for a one bedroom however nothing is like being in the space and seeing it physically with your own eyes.
