Today I had a situation that I needed help with, and I talked to Sandy. She had to escalate it to the manager Devon. Within a short timeframe they were able to resolve my issue. This is why I love calling Aldenplace home.
There’s no need to visit in person if you want to see the available units! Don’t waste your time! I drove from Maryland to view a 1 bedroom but this place does not allow you to view the available apartments. They have a model (based on other reviews it may only have been a 2 bedroom model) and virtual tour. If I wanted to see the virtual tour I would so that myself. I love the overall location and homey atmosphere at Alden - it’s what drew my partner and I here upon moving to the Triangle area from out of state! The leasing office and maintenance team have always been kind and accommodating, and the amenities make it easy to enjoy being home. However, now that our building is painted blue and gray with white accents, it feels less unique and, instead, far too similar to most other apartment complexes in the area. I originally wrote a 1 star review, however the problems we experienced were dealt with accordingly from the maintenance department and front desk. It is a very nice community with all major amenities, one of the best bang for your buck places to live in Durham or the surrounding areas.
