We have dealt with Alden for over 10 years both as a customer and as a vendor. Andris, Charlie, and Bill have been great. Sophie & Terri are on spot all the time. When we get there we are warmly greeted. They offer great products and believe in their company. They have a great family business culture but are also very professional in their operations. I visited them a few weeks ago and was impressed with their vision for their future.
I give them 2 stars strictly because of their receptionist, who was very sweet and helpful. However, everything else about this company is a giant red flag. I was over-charged for equipment that didn't work, and when the fat, bearded guy came to pick it up, he insulted me in front of my kid, using insults and slurs that I will not repeat here. If you value your money, and you want the job done properly, you're best bet is to find another service.
