Dr. Alden spent unlimited time at my visit reviewing all the scans, MRI, testing etc. He was the most informative and knowledgeable provider regarding every aspect of my diagnosis and required treatment. I had compete confidence in his ability and plan for my care. So grateful to have him as my surgeon.

Dr. Alden previously operated on my husband, conducting a Whipple procedure, and he has also operated on me, conducting a Pancreaticojejunostomy. He explained these procedures to my husband and I extremely well in both cases, describing what would be done and how it would help. I have never met a more compassionate or dedicated doctor, he was very helpful and demonstrated genuine concerned for our well-being. Dr. Alden is a ten star not a five star- he gives you the best shot at life.
I met Dr. Alden to in early October 2017 at his NYC office consult my father's medical condition on a large tumor identified in a physical exam done overseas. He was very patient to review the CT images (though not very clear) and gave possible recommendation. My father is a senior person with no insurance, Dr. Alden even helped me to search on website immediately for possible solutions. To me he is not only professional and helpful in the medical area but also in patient's financial solutions.
Best doctor in his class.. No words can describe the brains this man has! He has saved my mothers life not once but twice. Doctor Alden has done what other doctors said could not be done and gave my mom a extended lease in life. You are a true blessing to have as a doctor! He is an amazing and caring doctor.. He is personable, and explains everything in great detail. He is easy to talk and has a great bedside manor. His staff are truly exceptional, they are always ready to help you in any way possible.
