I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to write this one. My car had over 8k in damage, but you can't even tell now. Panel alignments: perfect, 3-process paint: perfect, dealing with insurance: seemless. When I noticed months later something else wasn't working, Anna dealt with insurance again to cover it and they fixed it. The employees seem to take pride in their jobs and are therefore excellent at them. Car looks brand new!! They are skilled professionals. I wouldn't go elsewhere.
Terrible service! My van took 3 weeks to do a poor job fixing the bumper! Paid for inspection that was done while my car was being worked on, battery was disconnected!! Was supposed to be done upon completion!! When I picked up car the horn was not working!! They left it unhooked!! DO NOT WASTE your time and money on this awful,overpriced scam of a repair shop
STEER CLEAR! I chose them because they were listed on the GMC website as a certified collision center. First of all the lady in the office is very unprofessional. She made me feel very uncomfortable. In the waiting room you can hear her yelling about her lunch break. From the beginning I had to chase them for answers. They never gave me updates. Great People, Great Service No one wants to have to go to a collision center to get their car worked on, but life happens. My Honda coupe was backed into, had a major dent behind driver’s door, just nicking the door. Brought it here and could not be happier with the whole process.
