Amazing architecture...great fun & learning for all ages The Alden B. Dow Home Studio is one of the most interesting pieces of architecture in Midland. It was Alden B. Dow's personal residence and architectural office. If you like Frank Lloyd Wright designs, you'll love this! Alden B. Dow was one of his apprentices. The admission is average: $10 for adults, $5 for students. I would say it is definitely worth the cost. They give public tours on Friday at 10am and 2pm and Saturday at 10am.
