I bought a brand new mower from them. I would never ever buy another thing from them! I was treated like dirt! The product they sold me fell apart and almost cut my feet off. The blades on the mower literally came flying off the machine and almost hit me! The guy screamed at me like it was my fault! They do not care about their customer. They only care about taking your money! Wise word use CAUTION ⚠️

They over charged me on an oil change because I am an older woman by myself. This was maybe two years ago. Charged me 70 dollars

We’ve used Travis and Alden Automotive numerous times over the last few years for repair work, service work, inspections, tire patches, new tires for trucks and trailers, etc etc. We continue to return and give our business to Alden Automotive as we’ve never been let down and always been treated fairly there.

After setting up our campsite at the local state park (Thursday) the check engine light came on. Friday, I went to Advance Auto, whose computer showed a problem with rich fuel. They recommended Alden Automotive, so I stopped there. Travis came out and checked out the truck. After test drive and computer check, said I needed O2 sensors and thermostat replaced. Travis is awesome and truly cares and come through, I had quite a bit of work done on my jeep compass another shop took almost 3 weeks after being towed in had it brought over here and in 2 days all the work was done and he even helped me out because I work overnights highly recommend
