Luis is amazing and quick. We came home from a work trip at 5:50 a.m. to find our house in the high 90s due to the heat wave I got a hold of Luis around 7:00 a.m. and the technician had arrived prior to me leaving for work at 7:45 a.m. they were quick to diagnose get parts and give me a call and get us into a livable condo again after being up for 38 hours straight due to travel. Excellent work and service. Gave Louis a call to take a look at my A/C system , came to diagnose it, and came up with a plan to replace it. We agreed to the plan and set a date for the work to be done. everything was done according to the plan and on time.
