I had a terrible experience at this store today. If I could o would rate this garbage store a zero. The staff, especially one lady at the register was extremely rude and unhelpful. Their store policies are a scam, and they’re trying to resell outdated items. On top of that, there are allegations of them conducting illegal transactions to transfer money overseas or other countries. This place seriously needs to be investigated by the Better Business Bureau. I do not recommend shopping here!
Genuinely rude. I’ve never had the experience with a person unprompted. If a customer is mistaken, you can just say that. They also have a really small selection, over priced, and an awful return policy (no returns, only exchanges within a single day). It wouldn’t be that much of an issue if the customer service was at least acceptable, but no. It isn’t lol.
